Augmentin Side Effects

Seek medical help and stop intake of Augmentin if you experience any of the following serious conditions:
- Closing of the throat hives;
- Diarrhea that lasts longer than 3 days;
- Fain ting;
- Rashes;
- Shortness of breath;
- Swelling of the lips face or tongue;

Minor side effects include the following:
- White patches in the mouth (thrush or yeast infection);
- Vaginal yeast infection or diaper rash;
- Rashes;
- Nausea or vomiting;
- Mild diarrhea;

Augmentin Drug Interactions

Inform your doctor if you are presently taking any if these medicaments:
- Probenecid (Benemid);
- Antibiotic (for the same or for a different reaction);
- Allopurinol (Zyloprim);
