Periactin Indications

- Blurred vision;
- Confusion;
- Dry mouth;
- Extreme sleepiness;
- Fever;
- Flushing;
- Hallucinations;
- Insomnia;
- Large pupils;
- Possibly seizures;
- Ringing in the ears;
- Shaking;
- Weakness;

Periactin Side Effects

Among Periactin most common side effects are:
- Difficulty urinating;
- Dizziness;
- Dry mouth;
- Enlarged prostate;
- Fatigue;
- Headache;
- Sleepiness;

Periactin Drug Interactions

You must not start taking Periactin if you have taken within the last 2 weeks a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) like:
- Tranylcypromine (Parnate);
- Phenelzine (Nardil);
- Isocarboxazid (Marplan);

During your intake of this medicine you should avoid using:
- Anxiety or sleep drugs;
- Any type of medicines that are known to trigger drowsiness sleepiness and so on;
- Drugs for depression;
