- Pounding or fast heartbeat;
- Problems with balance or speech;
- Seizures;
- Stomach pain;

Topamax Side Effects

You should stop your treatment with Topamax and alert your personal physician at once if you experience any of these severe and dangerous side effects:
- Vomiting;
- Severe back pain;
- Seizure;
- Pain behind or around your eyes;
- Nausea;
- Muscle weakness or pain;
- Increased urination;
- Increased thirst;
- Increased body temperature;
- Feeling light-headed;
- Fast heart rate;
- Fainting;
- Dry mouth;
- Drowsiness;
- Difficult or painful urination;
- Decreased sweating and dry hot skin;
- Confusion;
- Abnormal vision loss;

You may continue your treatment with Topamax, but you should inform your physician as soon as possible, if you experience any of these less severe side effects:
- Agitation;
- Anxiety;
- Changes in your natural behavior;
- Depressed mood;
- Depression;
- Dizziness;
- Headache;
- Loss of appetite;
- Memory problems;
- Nervousness;
- Numbness;
- Sleep problems;
- Slowed thinking;
- Tingling;
- Tiredness;
- Trouble concentrating;
- Weight loss;
